脑袋晃一晃 TikTok Agent is a Chrome extension designed to assist authorized TikTok Shop sellers and customer-service agents with customer service, order review, after-sales workflows, product ratings, and AI-assisted response preparation.

When an authorized user uses the extension inside TikTok Shop Seller Center, the extension may process information visible in that seller's account that is necessary for its features, including:

The information is used only to provide the extension's user-facing functions, including organizing customer-service and after-sales work, identifying relevant order context, checking deadlines, preparing AI-assisted summaries and suggested responses, and displaying relevant TikTok Shop policy guidance.

3. Backend and AI processing

Some information may be sent securely to the extension's backend service at naodaihuangyihuang-server.onrender.com when a user requests AI-assisted analysis or other server-backed functions. The backend may use OpenAI services to generate summaries, classifications, recommended actions, and draft responses requested by the user.

The extension does not sell user data and does not use TikTok Shop customer data for advertising, credit decisions, or purposes unrelated to the extension's approved functionality.

4. TikTok Shop Academy policy retrieval

The extension may retrieve and display current TikTok Shop Academy materials relevant to customer service, orders, after-sales, returns/refunds, and product ratings. These materials are used to support policy-aware operational guidance.

5. Lark knowledge-base integration

If a user configures a Lark knowledge-base source, the extension may read authorized content from that source to improve customer-service guidance. Lark content is processed only when configured by the user and only for the extension's operational purpose.

6. Optional shop performance connection

If the user explicitly enables the optional connection to the separate “捋一下顺了” operations application, the extension may send the current shop name, shop identifier, shop performance scores, score weights, and related score summary to lvyixia-shunle.onrender.com. This connection is disabled by default and can be turned off at any time. It does not send the user's Seller Center password, authentication cookies, or complete page content.

7. Data storage and retention

The extension stores limited settings and workflow state locally in Chrome storage when needed for continuity. Server-side processing is intended to be transient for the requested operation unless retention is required for security, debugging, or service operation. We do not intentionally create a commercial profile of end customers from processed TikTok Shop data.

8. Data sharing

Data may be transmitted only to service providers necessary to perform the requested functionality, such as the extension's backend infrastructure and AI processing provider. We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

9. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to limit access to supported domains and services and to reduce unnecessary permissions and data access. Users should only use the extension on accounts they are authorized to access.

10. User choices and deletion requests
